Return/Refund/Exchange Policy:

VapeOn-VapeOn does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the case of damaged/faulty products. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please use our contact form (or reply to your invoice email) to report the issue within fourteen (14) days of the receipt. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, re-routed, or canceled. No wear and tear. All units have a warranty card expect ISSON. Please ensure that all information, particularly sizing, colors, and shipping address, are correct and complete. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are canceled by the customer. If there needs to be a correction to your order before shipping, please contact us ASAP (include your order # and name/address/email). In the event an order's shipping address changes after being shipped out, we must receive the original package by way of "Return to Sender" or at cost of the customer. Once we've received the original package we will contact you further to confirm the updated shipping address. Additional shipping charges must be paid by the customer before replacement shipment will be sent.
